Invest in people with disabilities

Build access and opportunity

People with disabilities are talented, driven, and ready to lead—but educational inequities, employment gaps, and economic barriers can stand in the way.

Disability Resource Advisors is working to remove those barriers. Through AccessED, InPower, and InAction, we support students preparing for what comes next, adults developing leadership and financial confidence, and advocates working to make our communities more accessible for everyone.

The need is clear

These are not personal shortcomings. They are systemic challenges that continue to limit access and opportunity.

What support can make possible

A first step forward

“It took me 10 years to find my first job. DRA helped me find an entry-level customer service position and gave me the support I needed to take that important first step. I’m grateful they believed in me and helped me move forward.”
— Derrick D.

Support when it mattered

“It’s not easy to pay for college as a mom with three kids. This scholarship helped me a lot because I was so worried about tuition. I am grateful I was able to receive it.”
— Jennifer, AccessED Scholarship Recipient

Knowledge that builds confidence

“I learned a lot about investing from attending the Power Moves session. It really was great information presented in a short time frame.”
— Briana T., InPower Participant
