The Limit on Potential
Support ends too early for people with disabilities. Current systems prepare individuals to succeed in entry-level opportunities, but rarely position them for long-term economic mobility or fulfillment. This gap exists because success is often measured by short-term outcomes rather than strategic, sustainable growth. When support stops at the beginning of independence, people are left without pathways to build meaningful lives and contribute to their communities. We exist to empower people with disabilities to achieve more in life.
The Belief That Energizes Our Mission
Entry-level independence isn’t the finish line. It’s the starting point of a life shaped by purpose, leadership, and contribution. We envision communities where people with disabilities are thriving in careers, owning homes, financially secure, civically engaged, and moving their communities forward through philanthropy and service. This belief energizes our mission to empower people with disabilities to live fulfilling lives. It motivates us to push beyond what’s expected and show communities what’s possible.
From Belief to Action
We bring our belief to life through a focused set of programs that support progress over time. Each initiative plays a distinct role in empowering people with disabilities and reshaping communities to expand access and opportunity.
